Upon receipt of your order, please carefully check the contents of the product. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, our customer service will respond. Please read the following precautions carefully and contact us using the inquiry form.

※Please submit exchange/return requests via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns after 8 days.

※Please return the product within 7 days after the return is accepted. Please also note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for products that have been used.

※Returns/exchanges due to customer's convenience are limited to unopened items only.

※We do not offer repairs. We handle issues through exchanges.
